Occasionally items are subject to a back order. We will happily EXCHANGE ANY ITEM. If a suitable replacement cannot be made at the time of the exchange a store credit will be issued. Received items must be returned within 14 business days of delivery for an exchange. Items must be in the original packaging and in unworn condition.Shoes must be unworn with no wear, marks, or blemishes anywhere on the product. Any shoes that have been worn or have marks or blemishes will not be accepted for a return and will be returned to the customer at their expense. All Shipping charges related to the exchanges are the sole responsibility of the buyer. There are NO EXCEPTIONS to this policy. Shipping is not refundable. Please contact Customer Service for a RA# to be included in your package as well as the outside of the box.
