There is a NO CANCELLATION / NO REFUND policy on all PRE ORDERS or SPECIAL ORDERS or BEAR FEET. Occasionally items are subject to a back order. (PRE ORDERS / SPECIAL ORDERS /BEAR FEET -We will happily EXCHANGE ANY ITEM. If a suitable replacement cannot be made at the time of the exchange a store credit will be issued.) Received items must be returned within 10 business days of delivery for an exchange or refund. Returns that qualify (ie: not Bear Feet or Pre Order) for a cash refund coming back after the allotted time period point a store credit will be given Items must be in the original packaging and in unworn condition. Shoes must be unworn with no wear, marks, or blemishes anywhere on the product . Any shoes that have been worn or have marks or blemishes will not be accepted for a return and will be returned to the customer at their expense.  All Shipping charges related to the exchanges are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
